The National Code of Practice (NCOP)
The NCOP is a draft standard that the Commonwealth is attempting to get the states to adopt so that there is a National set of Vehicle Modification Standards applicable accross all of the country. Some states are not too keen on giving up their rights in this area, so progress is slow. For some of us, that is a good thing.
