How To Order

Step 1

Browse products using quick links, Product categories and product name. See details of product and price. Double click image to view larger image and further details.

Step 2

Add items you want to purchase to the shopping cart. Some Items will ask you to choose from a list of attributes which can add to the cost of your order if chosen.

Step 3

Click on the Blue Checkout link on the bottom right of your shopping cart.

If we have given you a discount coupon code, you may enter it at any time during the checkout process and the price adjustment will be displayed if a valid coupon is entered.

If you are a returning customer, enter your user name and password otherwise select New and enter your billing information.

The Shipping cost will then be added to your payment total. (If you are ordering from outside Australia, please contact our customer service team postage rates by any of the methods on the "Contact Us" page).

Step 4

Complete your email details to be used to confirm your order and your delivery address for delivery of your order.

Step 5

Choose Payment type. We use Eway's secure payment gateway using a secure SSL encrypted connection. We accept payment from a full range of credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and JCB). Alternatively, you can select Bank Transfer and you will be provided with our bank details on checkout. Goods will not be dispatched until your deposit is received and cleared at our bank. An interim Tax Invoice will be issued on checkout and emailed to you. Our official Tax Invoice will be forwarded with your order.
