Delivery

Once your purchase has been confirmed and payment received and receipted, your order will be shipped either by Australia Post or via E-go Courier Services who we use for items that weigh above 20 kilograms. If we use E-go, you will be required to sign for your package. Please ensure that you have included your street delivery address for heavy items as we cannot send to a Post Office Box. If no one is available to sign for the package a card will be left and your parcel re-directed to your nearest Courier Depot for your collection. If you require insurance of your parcel please contact us using one of the methods on the Contact Us Page to have this insurance included and outline the additional cost to you. A Tax Invoice will be included with the package. Please allow 7-10 working days for delivery.

Notes:

1. Some items may be shipped directly to you from our suppliers so that we don’t waste your money by double shipping items around the country before it gets to you. This means in some cases, your order will arrive in several packages.
2. Some items are sold freight free but may incur our standard shipping and packaging fee.
